A. Our system sends those out as soon as your credit card is processed, so if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder just in case. If you still don't see it, drop us a message via our contact form and resend the email to you during regular business hours.

A. The shipping total is calculated during the checkout process. You have the option of several different speeds of delivery, and shipping prices are adjusted accordingly.
Q. Do you offer express or next day delivery?
A. Yes, during the checkout process you can select these delivery types. Note that we typically process orders same day on business days (Thursday through Sunday) but it could be a day or two on other days, so if you're trying to hit a specific delivery day it's best to call us at 877-55-HOBBY first to verify we have the item in stock and can ship it quickly to you.
